On Facebook you’ll find a lot of uplifting stories of triumphs and perseverance. One of these is this post from Cliff Gerio Cartagena. Cliff said in his post, “In this photo I was already and RN in the Philippines. Bridgeport Health Care Center in Connecticut hired me as a nurse aide for about four months and then shifted to floor RN soon as I passed my Nclex RN exam. Free housing, free food, laundry and lots & lots of overtime. Loved the winter in this cold state.”

Cliff goes on to thank Ariel Cariaso, presently Recruitment Director of Careline Service for being instrumental his career growth.
